Code of Ethics Agreement

All members within the Knights of SCARS are bound to this code as it is revealed herein as to their conduct in life as each member is so sworn to the Order of the Knights of SCARS.

Article I. I shall not speak slander, nor write or make any statement of derogatory meaning about any Knight to any other Knight, nor shall I suffer the same. If such disrespect occurs I shall have the right to confront a fellow Knight face to face, if personal honor and duty demand. Such action will be reported by me to the High Chancellor and Board of Regents of the Order to first determine if the Code applies in this case and second if the Code was broken by either or both Knights and to abide by any penalties set forth by the Regents of the Order.

Article II. I shall speak no lie to a fellow Knight or member of the Knights Order of SCARS nor shall I make promise without duty to act on such promise. As no Knight shall make promises without conviction to his word and therefore, from this day, no Knight shall be questioned as to his word unless he is found by his peers, the Board of Regents and High Chancellor to have made a promise and failed without reason.

Article III. I shall not misrepresent my rank within the order nor to the public as defined. To do so would violate the Knights of SCARS Code of Ethics and no remedy shall be applied to alter my permanent dismissal from the Knight of SCARS and from the SCARS Institute's information and training, public or private.

Article IV. I agree that all information whether it is proprietary or might be known to the public by other means is considered proprietary, confidential and a trade secret of Direct Action Corporations Order of the Knights of SCARS; and cannot be disclosed without authority of the High Chancellor and/or Sovereign Chancellor of the Knights of SCARS. Therefore, I promise not to disclose confidential information of the Order of the Knights of SCARS ,Direct Action Corporation and its divisions.

Article V. I shall not steal or covet any Knights possessions nor shall I commit adultery within the Order of the Knights of SCARS or organizations affiliated with SCARS Institute.

Article VI. I shall not use the knowledge of the Order to take a life without provocation or threat to my life or others as this right of self-preservation is given by God.

Article VII. I shall always strive to do my best, I shall remain in reasonable shape and condition as I understand that failure to do so could cause injury to myself and fellow Knights thus bring disfavor to the Order of the Knights of SCARS and my fellow Knights.

Article VIII. I shall do my best to attend all meetings and or training events of which I am invited. I understand that failure to attend can result in disciplinary action from the Board of Regents.

Article IX. From this day I shall judge no Knight nor shall I be judged by any Knight as to religious preference, race, creed or national origin, but only on the Knights of SCARS Code of Ethics herein written shall I make judgment.

Article X. I understand and agree that all Knights of SCARS are bound to serve the ideals and ethics of the Order of the Knights of SCARS and that these actions dealing with honor and ethics are that of the Order of the Knights of SCARS and not that of one man and that the Order shall have rules and a chain of command of which I pledge to follow to keep its governing laws. This pledge does not limit my direct access to the High Chancellor in case that such rules or regulation have encroached on my rights under the Code.

Founding Principles

The Order of the Knights of SCARS is founded under the Christian Judaic Ethics and is non-denominational. No individual shall enter the Knights Order unless they are sworn to the Knights of SCARS Code of Ethics.
